I like to blame it on my parents... everyone else seems to! ^_^ Nah, I love mommy and daddy. Seriously folks, I'm the product of a deranged, demoralized, desensitized society. But then again, who isn't?

:::Why would YOU like this Japanimation stuff so much?
Anime, dear friends, it's called anime. Don't ask me why I like it. Ever since I'd even heard of it, I'd wanted to draw it, and just a year ago I finally taught myself how. It's just.. pretty. I don't know. There's something about big unnaturally-colored hair and large watery disproportionate eyes that just sparks a passion in me.

:::When are you going to be become a productive member of society like the rest of us?
Ooh, if I had a dollar for everytime my parents ask me that now... To tell you the truth, I honestly don't know. I'm still recuperating from a devastating move across the state from a place I'd lived in since I was 10 (which is the longest we've ever stayed in one city, by the way), and already I'm being bothered about jobs, colleges, internships.. I'd like to stay in my rut a little while longer, until I can get adapted to these scablands of Washington State (as IQMan so lovingly calls them), but I don't think that's going to be happening. In short, I'm getting a job this summer, HOPEFULLY not one where I'll be asking "Do you want fries/hot sauce/parmesan cheese/E. coli with that?" My college choices have been narrowed down to the very best (CalArts or RISD) and the "I'll settle for that" (Northwest College of Art). I'm looking forward to making money on my art (*cough cough* askforacommission *cough*).

:::Well, what are you doing now?
I guess you could say I've been sucked into a few things. After a night of calling me "poopoohead" about my idea, Beth has come around and decided to collaborate with me on my odd little Megaman X fanfic that has only been called "X6" for now. (Don't MOCK Megaman X, you non-believers! It's so much more than just a little guy running around in blue pajamas shooting at people!) Beth makes it a point to bother me everyday about writing it, although I haven't even finished developing the characters OR the plot. Silly girl. Aside from "X6", I'm still working on my Poketa story, which has slowed down a bit once I realized just how early I'd need to fit IQMan's character into it. oo; I still do a lot of sketching, although my time for CGing pictures has been cut dramatically, which probably means no Photoshop until the weekends. Which is sad, cause I owe some birthday pics and a trade comic. >O; And, of course, I'm still working on this webpage, slowly but surely. I'm not sure how long this convoluted purple stuff will stick around.. Outside of art, writing, and webpages, things couldn't be peachier.. well, they could, but do you really want to hear about it? XP I didn't think so.

*offended* Whaaat? I'm not the only person over ten who likes pokemon. =P I have a zapdos fetish. Jolteons kick butt. And mews are just really cool, okay? I've almost got enough mew memorabilia to name them all after my five mews. (I've got a Yukai keychain on my backpack, a Tsurara mew pen, and .. Sansai on my webpage! Yes, I know, it's sad.)
